Gold medalists: Hugues Fabrice Zango (BUR), Soufiane El Bakkali (MAR), Grant Holloway (USA), Laulaga Tausaga (USA), Marco Arop (CAN), Ivana Vuleta (SRB), Yaroslava Mahuchikh (UKR) and Marileidy Paulino (DOM)

Silver medalists: Hansle Parchment (JAM), Emmanuel Wanyonyi (KEN) and Eleanor Patterson (AUS)

Bronze medalists: Abraham Kibiwot (KEN), Daniel Roberts (USA), Ben Pattison (GBR), Quincy Hall (USA), Bin Feng (CHN), Rushell Clayton (JAM), Beatrice Chebet (KEN) and Sada Williams (BAR)
